Who we are
NoviKey (formerly HomeHyve) is a technology company. We build educational tools for homeowners and future home buyers. NoviKey is not a lender. When you are ready to take the official first step on your home journey, the app has a mortgage application page; what you enter there goes to your loan officer's lending system, which holds the official application and makes every credit decision.
A note about texts
When you join at homehyve.app/join, we text your verification code and security notices. An optional box at signup adds occasional market news and home-value alerts from your loan officer team.
